About Andrea

Andrea Enright is an HR and workplace strategy executive with more than a decade of experience advising organizations through employee relations, labor strategy, leadership challenges, and organizational change.

Her background includes leadership roles across healthcare, government, and high-growth business environments, where she has built HR functions, advised executive teams, supported labor negotiations, and led workplace investigations.

Andrea’s approach combines operational realism with people-centered leadership, helping organizations build workplace systems that support accountability, trust, and long-term organizational health.

She is currently completing her Juris Doctor degree at Vermont Law and Graduate School, with a focus on employment, labor, and organizational governance issues.
